At Vanderman Place, subacute care serves as a bridge between a hospital or other care facility and the home. Knowing the importance of returning to health and life as quickly as possible, our goal is to expedite a complete, sustainable recovery that promotes independence and prevents the need for a future return to the hospital or care center.
We proudly offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy seven days a week.
Our clinicians combine decades of skilled nursing and rehabilitation experience with a focus on providing the highest caliber of care. We have seen much success in treating a wide range of patients with varying clinical needs.
Our subacute care team—comprised of physicians, specialists, and expert therapists—creates a plan of
care that considers patient needs and goals and incorporates the latest technology and best practices
into a collaborative team effort.
With your independence and long-term health in mind, we work in partnership with you toward recovery.
